Our Step By Step Process
Free 90-Minute Showroom Consultation
You don’t need to have everything figured out. That’s what we’re here for. Before your appointment, we’ll send you a confirmation email and ask you to reply with photos of your current space and any inspirational images you’ve collected. This helps us get familiar with your home and your vision, so we’re ready to make the most of our time together.
In-Home Walkthrough & Project Review
This walkthrough is where we begin to connect your vision to the actual space. We’ll revisit everything we discussed in the showroom, walk through the area you're looking to remodel, and gather the final details needed to start shaping your project plan.
Final Selections & Layout
Back in the showroom, your consultant helps you make the right choices. Cabinetry, counters, flooring, tile, and fixtures all come together here. We’ll refine the layout and finalize a vision that reflects your style, fits your needs, and stays within budget.
Proposal & Agreement
Once you’ve approved your proposal and signed the agreement, the real magic begins. Our team will reach out to confirm all project details, answer any remaining questions, and introduce you to your dedicated Project Coordinator — your go-to contact throughout the entire process. If any selections are still open, we’ll schedule time in our showroom to finalize them. We want to make sure every detail reflects your vision before we move forward.
After You Approve Your Proposal — What’s Next?
Product Ordering & Staging
As soon as selections are complete, Kopke begins placing orders for all necessary materials. Every product we’re supplying is delivered and staged at our facility, not your home. This means your materials are checked, stored safely, and organized before construction begins — so when it’s time to start, we’re ready.
Pre-Start Meeting & Installation
Our team will schedule a visit to your home to take final measurements and double-check jobsite logistics. This step helps ensure a seamless installation with fewer surprises. Once all products have arrived and passed inspection, we’ll reach out to schedule your remodel. At Kopke, we believe in being prepared — we don’t start until everything’s ready to go.
Final Installation & Final Walkthrough
With most work completed by our in-house team, you’ll see familiar faces throughout the project. Your Project Manager will keep you updated on progress, answer questions, and make sure everything stays on track. After your remodel is complete, we’ll walk through the space with you, review everything, and go over any care tips or warranty information. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
