Our first meeting kicks off with a PowerPoint presentation showcasing a spectrum of styles to help you hone in on your preferences. And for those who aren’t quite sure what they want, that’s perfectly fine! We find that everyone knows what they don’t like, which is just as valuable in steering us in the right direction.
The Selection Process
Next comes the exciting part – selections! With a plethora of choices ranging from backsplash grout to cabinet styles and wood species, we guide you through every step of the decision-making process. If your kitchen is a relic of the 80’s and you’re contemplating a transition to either a traditional or modern aesthetic, we’ll help you navigate towards a style that resonates with you.

In our showroom, the possibilities are endless. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to hand-pick every element of your dream kitchen. From cabinets to countertops, backsplashes to flooring, our comprehensive selection ensures that you’ll find exactly what you’re looking for. What sets us apart is that everything you see is readily available – and if by chance an item is discontinued, we remove it from our inventory. Most of what we offer is not available to the public, so you get higher quality materials and the ability to take advantage of our discounts.
Visualizing Your Vision
Enter the Kopke Robot – our innovative tool that allows you to visualize how your chosen cabinet color, countertop, backsplash, and flooring will look together. It’s creativity on wheels, empowering you to make informed decisions about your kitchen design. “I’ve had people take 20 minutes to pick out bathroom selections, and I’ve had people take 4 hours to pick out their bathroom selections. There’s no right or wrong way to do it” says Fresch. Whether you’re a quick decision-maker or prefer to take your time, we won’t make you feel pressured. We typically start with cabinet style and color, then move on to countertops, which, along with cabinets, constitute a significant portion of your kitchen budget. “We want you to fall in love with your cabinets and countertop, and then find a backsplash and floor that compliments those” explains Fresch. Backsplash, while important, is viewed as an accent piece that can always be changed later.
Finishing Touches
Once cabinets, countertops, backsplash and flooring are chosen, we move on to lighting and plumbing fixtures.
